Dr. Penate was referred to me by a good friend and I'm so glad I took the plunge and tried therapy for the first time. She helped me process emotions around health and professional challenges. She also gave me a lot of useful frameworks for managing and reducing day-to-day stress. She is very laid back and personable. She exceeded my expectations and I will not hesitate to reach out to her in the future if I need her services again!
Carolyn has listened with her heart. Has supported me, as well as coaching me through how to make changes in my life for my betterment, as well as, the betterment for others in my life.
Dr. Ailyn is amazing. We’ve been going to couples therapy and she has helped us in so many ways. She’s very thoughtful, intelligent, hard-working, and you can tell she cares a lot about her clients. She’s a very busy lady and in high demand for a reason! She plans on expanding her new practice to keep up with it all. Hopefully you will get the chance to see for yourself how great she is. Highly recommend! I will continue to refer all of my friends to her because she’s just THAT good. Thank you Dr. Ailyn!!
