This company is totally incredible. They do beautiful work. I've hired them and recommended them to many business owners, and they've been very happy. 100% recommended.
Made an appointment with them to come at 8 on Tuesday. Spoke to them Friday before. He never mentioned photos when he made appointment. They responded through Nextdoor with estimate, we spoke last week and he made an appointment with me for this Tuesday. I posted November 15th and they responded November 20th. Not 2 weeks. When I texted to confirm the night before he said he was busy tomorrow and send him pictures for an estimate which he already sent the estimate (see below)through next door the week before They never reached out to reschedule and only told me when I tried to confirm the night before. I understand stuff happens but you should communicate that to your customer ahead of time and not wait for them to reach out the night before then tell them Had I not reached out I would have been waiting for them for I took off work. You already set a day aside when you made appointment for Tuesday of which i adjusted my schedule to be there. . I only said no after you said you can do another day and give me an estimate of which you already diid give me an estimate. So I did not have faith you would show up or honor your estimate. Not professional or courteous
