Usually, I do not leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This company was recommended to me, and Mr. John Pace visited my site, reviewed the location, and discussed the project scope. We provided drawings, dimensions, and answered questions in detail. Despite that, instead of receiving a professional, itemized estimate, we were given only a rough one-line budget number with no breakdown of labor, materials, or scope. When I raised concerns, I later received a response from the Vice President, but the explanations introduced completely different assumptions about the project that had not been discussed during the site visit. It seemed they did not fully understand or properly evaluate the project requirements, even after being provided plans and details. The quoted square footage and proposed scope also did not appear consistent with the actual site conditions. Overall, this was not a professional estimating experience, and I would not recommend them if you are looking for a detailed, accurate, and transparent proposal.
Great group here. Took care of the roof at my building in keystone quickly and at a fair price. Josh and Tripp really took care of a friend of mines place as well. Fair and transparent.
Excellent general contractor with reliable service and quality craftsmanship. The team stayed organized, communicated clearly, and completed the project exactly as planned. Very satisfied with the outcome.
I needed a new roof due to hurricane damage and Thomas May came recommended. I do not regret one decision about having them come in and do the job. I dealt with Shawn Day and Shawn Sullivan and they did a great job. There are sooo much competition out there however this team and company stand behind their product and are superb.
I need help with 2 houses in a hurry’s. Shawn and his crew showed up sooner than I expected. They got it done fast and did a great job. Shawn was one of the best I have worked in a long time.
