Higginbotham Custom Homes, LLC

We cannot express enough praise for Bill Garrison and Higginbotham Custom Homes group! What an effortless experience for what is otherwise considered a stressful one. Bill listened and addressed all our concerns during the whole building process. There wasn't a request or design feature that we asked for that he didn't make happen. Our objective was to create a home with the all the features of a new home, but with an old world charm and our final product was absolutely spectacular. Thank you for a terrific experience and giving us the beautiful home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Higginbotham Custom Homes to anyone building a home of their dreams!

Extremely professional and courteous. Kept us apprised of schedules, the comings and goings of the different trades. Asked for and received turnkey delivery. Workmanship is excellent no detail to large or small to handle. Entire project turned out beautifully. Enjoyed being able to see the construction from ground up to finished product. This project was very extensive as two septic tanks where remove and the existing house and new garage were tied into city services. Would highly recommend for any project.

I worked on a total kitchen, bathroom, and main floor renovation with Highinbotham Custom Homes. Bill was a huge help in connecting me with the right people to get the project started and then was there by my side every step of the way. The final product came out amazing! Any little bump along the way was taken care of immediately and professionally. We all know renovations can be a nightmare, but they made this process as easy as possible for me with an end result I am extremely happy with!

When my husband & I began the process of building our custom home, we started by asking our friends in the home construction industry to name the best builders they have worked for or with. Every time Higginbotham Custom Homes made the list. After meeting with Roger, we immediately knew he was our guy. Once beginning the process it was very clear our home would be built to the best quality. Roger’s subcontractors are the best of the best in residential construction. Roger is a man of his word & held to every agreement. We truly enjoyed every minute of the building process. We cannot say enough great things about this company.
