Thomas was recommended by our selling realtor in South Florida, as the agent to use when searching for a home in Northern Florida. As we were not local he first discussed what we were looking for in a new home and then followed up with a detailed questionaire for each of us to complete to get a complete idea of what type of home we were wanted. He then set us up with access to the MLS in which he configured several home profiles to pull homes from the listings that matched our criteria. We would get several emails a day with the homes curated by the search profiles. As hot as the North Florida real estate market is you have to move fast. When we saw a home we were interested in Thomas setup a Video Walkthrough during which he commented on the property, answered our questions, and gave us video close ups of areas we were interested in seeing better. It was just like watching one of those home buying shows on TV. Thomas knew all the right moves to make. When our interest turned to making an offer for the property his past experience lead us down the right path. He fully explained the offer process to make us comfortable with offering to buy a home online. Thomas was professional and very responsive to our needs. I would recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a home, but especially if you are looking remotely.

As first-time home-buyers we’re extremely happy with having Thomas as our Realtor. We recently moved cross county and were referred to Thomas from another Realtor. Thomas showed us new construction and resales homes and, in the end, we found our fit (23 houses later and several new construction tours)! Thomas was very responsive to text and emails. When we were interested in a home, he provided a detailed report for the home and the surrounding area. He answered all our questions, no matter how significant or not, and provided insights we would not have thought about since we’re new to the area. He showed us plants that were poisonous to our pets and made recommendations for Home Inspectors, painters and more. Again, could not be happier and mostly relieved to have found someone that made the process as stress-free as possible.
