She is a knowledgeable, empathetic, nonjudgmental therapist. I feel safe and seen with every interaction. You will grow personally and emotionally if you work with her. An honest authentic therapist is rare to come by- she is one of the rare ones.
Jules is a wonderful individual to work with. She helps you generate clarity around your thoughts, and create an actionable plan to move towards where you want to be mentally and emotionally in regard to your troubles. I've worked with a number of therapists and seen a variety of styles, but hers is among the most impactful. If you're unsure trust you're in good hands and start your journey
I had a life changing experience doing an EMDR session with Jules. It so amazing to learn new things about yourself and “unpack” trauma in a healthy way. I love that this practice has an afro-centric focus. The comforts of her office make this feel like safe space.Highly recommend!
