The Yacht Rigger

I recently had my tenderlift straps replaced by the guys at The Yacht Rigger and I could not be more impressed by the service. I was on a tight schedule and was in touch with them on short notice yet they did their utmost to accommodate me. Their team worked diligently and efficiently to ensure the job was completed on my requested timeline and for that I’m very thankful. Excellent service, highly recommend.

A friend recommended The Yacht Rigger to me and I couldn't be happier. Jesse and his crew did a fantastic job at all of the random things I asked them to do. They clearly thought things through and installed everything with usability in mind, saving space where possible and minimizing disruption. Any other installer might just do the job the easiest way possible and move on but this experience was not that. 10/10 would recommend and would go back.

Jesse and the crew in St Augustine recently replaced all of our standing rigging on our new to us sailing catamaran. The YachtRigger based out of St Petersburg has been around for quite a while, but the St Augustine branch is very new. I believe we were one of the first boats to have extensive rigging work done there. Being one of the first, there were a couple of issues and delays, however the team were very quick to communicate with us and resolve the issues. We ended up adding a bunch of electrical work and a boom repair to the original quote, which they were able to accommodate. The rigging installation itself was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done and would certainly recommend them.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jesse and Stacey and their outstanding crew. Always cooperative and responsive even when the pressure is on. They’ve always done their best for us, both from a technical and a customer support perspective. We are planning for a second round of boat upgrades with them later this year.
