The Vital Stretch - St. Johns

Place is amazing. Stella is the best at what she does and Mike is as great of an owner and customer support enthusiast I ever met. Give this place a try. I’m a cancer patient with mobility challenges and they help me out so much.

I love it! My body was stretched in all of the areas that get so tight from sitting or stress like the shoulders and more. I have never felt this good with other body treatment work in the past.

I’ve been going to Viral Stretch for several months now, and I honestly look forward to every single appointment. The team is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I always feel like I’m in the best hands. Mike, the owner, is so kind and genuinely one of the sweetest people you’ll meet—he truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend Viral Stretch to anyone looking to feel better in their body. I love this place so much that I travel nearly an hour to get here, and it is 100% worth it every time!

Myself and my husband bought a membership at Vital Stretch the very first day it opened. We both have mobility issues even though we are active almost everyday. In just a few visits we have both seen incredible improvement! Thank you to Mike, Crystal and the rest of the Vital Stretch Team!
