I was there for a steroid shot because of a torn rotator cuff. It was a very pleasant experience. Lexi checked me in. She is such a sweetheart has a very bright smile that shines through her eyes. She makes you feel so welcome. I think I waited five minutes before Ashleigh came and got me. Ashleigh was friendly and explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. She answered all my questions. I like the fact that she used ultrasound to get the needle into the exact right space it needed to be. It was almost painless. Everyone at the office in St. John’s was professional and made me feel like I was in very good hands.
Ashton was awesome. She listened and explained what she saw the x-rays and suggested an MRI for the shoulder injury And gave me a Cortizone shot, which I’m so grateful for hopefully I will get some sleep. Thank you, Ashton
Everyone was so nice and polite, and I didn’t have to wait long before they called me. Then they did X-rays, and then I saw the doctor. They put me in a different sling. All around great visit.
Dania was very professional and thorough. I truly appreciated her time, explaining the procedure results, future plans and what to expect. I have no doubt that soon I will be living with a pain free back!
