The Views at Harbortown

I have lived at Harbortown Apartments for three years, and the current staff is by far the best the community has had during that time. It is refreshing to finally have a team that is consistently kind, polite, competent, and organized. They communicate professionally, handle concerns efficiently, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community. Their positive attitude and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in the overall experience of living here. Harbortown is operating better than I have ever seen it, and the current staff (Cami, Mimi, & Tamaya) deserves a great deal of credit for that improvement. I truly appreciate everything they are doing and highly recommend them!

Gabe is an excellent technician and a great person to have around. He fixed my AC a couple of days ago, and he did an amazing job. He is always there to help people and goes above and beyond whenever someone needs him. We should definitely keep this guy around! He is reliable, hardworking, and always willing to help. Great job, Gabe!

The location is great, and we have found management to be both personable and accommodating. Gabe, our maintenance man, is knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any request. Shelby was incredibly helpful providing all the information necessary while we were choosing a unit and signing the lease. She is fantastic at multitasking her many responsibilities to keep everything running smoothly. The amenities are very much enjoyed, and the neighbors are friendly. We highly recommend this place to others. We appreciate all the work that goes into maintaining such a positive living environment.

My experience finding an apartment at Harborview Apartments was great, all thanks to Shelby. She was super communicative and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her! I’ve now been living here for the past two and a half months, and it’s been so great! The views alone make it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Shelby and the whole team!
