I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Uptown at St. John’s! From the very beginning, the staff was professional, responsive, and maintained excellent communication throughout the leasing process. They truly honored their word regarding my rent, which meant a lot to me and gave me confidence that I’m moving into a community that values honesty and integrity. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about their future residents. I’m so excited to call Uptown at St. John’s home and can’t wait to live here over the next year. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

I absolutely love living here! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. They truly care about the residents, and it shows in the way they go above and beyond every day. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The amenities are beautiful, and it’s obvious the team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. One of my favorite things is how safe and comfortable I feel here. The neighbors are friendly, and the entire community has a positive vibe that really makes it feel like home. If you’re looking for an apartment with excellent management, responsive maintenance, and a place where you genuinely enjoy coming home every day, I can’t recommend this community enough. Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!

The Uptown at St. John’s is an exceptional luxury apartment community with plenty of amenities for all ages ranges. The office staff of this complex goes above and beyond for their residents. Brandy was a pleasure to work with when exploring housing and seeing all of what the Uptown has to offer. Extremely considering becoming a resident simply based on the tour experience alone. Apartments are huge and truly do feel like home. I can’t wait to see what the Uptown has to offer. If you have any concerns, please go to the new office manager Brandy. She is extremely attentive and knowledgeable in her craft.

I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it! The staff is always available helpful. The only negative is feedback from several other neighbors noticing the halls/elevators are only cleaned it appears once a month. I was informed it was not as bad a year ago. The 4th floor is rarely maintained because since the feedback I have noticed the same stains on the floors and articles dropped. I have noticed the elevators need some TLC. Other than needing help in the area of cleaning, I have no concerns. The neighbors are friendly, apartments are spacious, great closet space and ammenties.
