True experts and best in the business! We have now bought and sold with Chris and Denette and they are the most amazing team throughout the process. They advocated for us with negotiations and help us prepare our home to sell for its best value. Would recommend to anyone. I am a physician and did not have a lot of time to put in and Denette makes it so easy. Would highly recommend to any physicians or any professionals buying a home.
We had the best experience ever with the Triplett’s helping us find our Ponte Vedra Beach home! We were VERY specific with what we wanted and LOCATION. They listened to our needs, advocated for us and helped us find the perfect family home. They are exactly who you want in your corner during negotiations - they are kind but direct and will fight for your best interest! They pointed out things during house tours that we were not thinking about and helped connect us to an extremely helpful mortgage company, title office and local contractors. I have zero complaints. They are professional, always accessible and think 5 steps ahead. They helped other family members of mine also buy homes in St Johns county. They know St Johns county VERY well!
