Matt is an incredible agent. He genuinely cares about his clients. He listens to your wants, needs and wishes. Definitely does his research and comes up with great options. He’s always there for you. Matt was a no nonsense, not waste my time realtor. I was in Minnesota when I first contacted Matt about purchasing a house in Florida. He asked me about the type of housing I was interested in, and when I flew down we got down to business looking at real estate. Although I did not purchase anything on my initial trip to Florida, he kept in contact with me via phone calls or emails to update me on the housing market and if my criteria had changed. I found a townhouse via the internet on a Sunday afternoon and said this is “the one." I emailed/phoned Matt on a Sunday afternoon, he went to the house the following day, looked at it and sent me a video, called me and agreed with me that this was the ideal place for me. He wrote up the purchase agreement and called me Tuesday morning that I was the owner of the house. Since I was buying this townhouse sight unseen, I trusted Matt's judgment and his quick action enabled me to purchase the townhouse.
