The Property Pros Team - Eric Sotolongo

If you are looking for an experienced realtor who will exceed your expectations contact Eric immediately! My wife and I were looking for a second home in Florida and did not know a realtor in the area. However, after reading his reviews, we felt he would be a viable candidate. From our first contact, we knew Eric was our realtor! Eric’s professionalism, attentiveness and knowledge of the area immediately put us at ease. He focused on our preferences, needs and concerns as to the type of property we were looking to purchase. He was always available to respond to our questions, consistently communicated and updated us every step of the way. We appreciated Eric’s honesty and candor during contract negotiations which confirmed his superb character and spirit of excellence. In essence, our entire experience purchasing our second home was outstanding! Eric went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of before, during and after the deal was done.

The Property Pros is by far the best real estate company I have ever worked with with. Can’t speak highly enough of Eric Sotolongo as my real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. He is detail oriented, honest and straight forward. I was able to find the right home in a great location in a timely manner making it the perfect fit for me. Eric was always available to answer any of my questions and show me the house any time, extremely flexible with schedule, helpful resources and brokers, highly recommend. Thanks, -John

Eric has been amazing from the start! Always available and fast to respond. Willing to go above and beyond, and traveled any distance to show us homes! Also has some great connections that made my first home buying experience a breeze! He was polite, friendly, honest, and transparent about perfections and imperfections about each house we looked at. He helped us think about the present and the future as well. He treated us like family and we couldn't be more happy!

Eric was great to work with! He kept clear communication throughout the transaction and made sure all deadlines were met. We hope to close another deal with him soon!
