The Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center

Well run convention space , helpful staff, with a good layout. One big issue is parking: There are not enough parking areas nearby if there's a very big convention. At one point I drove to every lot up to the courthouse before I found a spot in an unrelated lot, far enough away that in 90+ degree weather with high humidity it was ridiculous.

Historical, Spacious, Conventions regularly and home to one of the most memorable events in my life when I had the pleasure and privilege of taking Heather Riggs to prom in the most romantic way ever from Juliette's Bistro in a horse and carriage with rose petals covering the red carpet as we left the restaurant down the few blocks and around the back parking lot of the Prime Osborn to the entrance of 2003 Terry Parker Prom. I will never forget the beautiful baby bluish dress she wore like a real life Cinderella and the even more beautiful smile she had glowing brighter than the stars that night. It was amazing and the night we spent their dancing and conversing with friends will never be forgotten. Thank you Heather, and thank you Mr Riggs for allowing me the honor to honor your daughter with the greatest date night of my life still to this day. Best prom ever!!

Love to go here for the various conversations held here. Its a beautiful old train station . Today I was at the auto show. I got to see a lot of great cars and I'm sure if I wanted to buy one , I could of bought one on the spot. I had a great time. I got to see a beautiful young Osprey outside as I left.

I have been to this venue many of times before. This is an excellent venue to host various events, with the exception of concerts. This venue isn't large enough to host concerts. Also, nor can it accommodate parking for concerts. I love the ambiance within this venue, because it used to be an old train station, and many of the items are on display within their lobby.
