The MUSE Bourbon Bar & Grill

We visited on a Latin live music night and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and friendly, (we even got to watch our secret dance the Bachata and Salsa),the food was delicious (fries more thick and potatoey than we like, but that’s personal preference), and it’s always clean and classy.

Brad the bartender was excellent at service. The pretzel bites were the best we've ever had -- crispy outside and fluffy inside with a nice beer cheese dip. The other items (cheese steak, shrimp, etc.) were okay to above average. The Muse is an attractive bar with plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The vibe is casual and relaxing. Will go again

Great vibes! And Brad (bartender) was even better! Extremely good Old Fashion!!! Will stop by again when in town. I was there on a stormy Monday night so place was very empty…only 6 other customers, but I could enjoy many nights here if I was a local.

I’ve been here once before, but this visit was truly disappointing. The lack of service made the experience extremely frustrating. When we first arrived, the hostess stayed on her phone for quite a while before acknowledging us and simply told us to sit wherever. After being seated, one of the waitresses stopped by only once to ask where the rest of our party was. Once they arrived, we were not served at all during the entire hour we sat at the table. We eventually had to go to the bar just to get drinks, and the bartender was the only friendly and attentive person we encountered the whole night. We also tried to play pool. We got dollars from the bartender and went to a table, but a very intoxicated woman claimed the table was “hers,” even though she had not paid and was waiting for someone else to give her money for it. No staff stepped in to manage the situation. After one drink, we decided it was best to leave. Unfortunately, the lack of service and overall atmosphere made this a very poor experience.
