THE LOOP RESTAURANT

Food is always great! Service is not. Workers attitudes come across as though they're annoyed to have to give customer service. I ordered To Go and waited over 30 minutes. They didn't give me a beeper, so I had no idea when my order was ready until I heard a lady quickly call my name twice. Then I saw her toss my order back on the shelf and go to the back. I went to the counter and the kid at the register acted as if he'd never seen me and ask what I needed. I told him the lady called my name, so he got my order for me. Thankfully the food is great, but the service could use much help! If someone doesn't come immediately when you call their name, maybe you need to speak up, go find them, or just give everyone, even To Go orders, a beeper. Work on your friendliness. This goes for this location and the one in Ortega which I also frequent.

My lady and I came here for the first time. Nice little gem. Counter service joint. I got the BBQ bacon cheddar burger with steak fries. Not sure what seasoning was on the burger, I was able to taste chili powder, but it was delicious. The French onion soup, tomato soup & onion rings was pretty good as well. The pizza was decent, though I would say the sauce can use some more flavoring. Overall we will come again as we enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the people.

Chris was running that store!! He was personable, amazing customer service, handling multiple customers at once. The food and dining area was good and clean too! We will be back to visit Chris :)
