Solid food and great with kids. It's a counter order food establishment with a buzzer. Think Panera. The burger was cooked as ordered and everyone liked the food overall. Great family place.
Been going to The Loop for years and it’s always great. I haven’t been in a while and decided to stop in for lunch with my son while in the area. The staff were all friendly, food was good, and price point was fair for the food. My son got the kids cheeseburger with fries, and I got the warm blue cheese chips and the Asian Chicken Salad.
Delicious food & friendly staff. Best broccoli I ever had. The fish was fresh & everything was delicious. Not much of an atmosphere & a long wait for our food, so make sure you carve out enough time to dine here. Definitely planning on returning!
This place has gone down hill over the years, food use to be great. Now whole bottom of pizza burnt, homemade chips cooked in burnt oil for to long. The tomato soup is still great as ever. Staff doesn’t really care about your service cashier had a additude and seemed to hate her job. Buzzer went off got out food was missing the pizzas we ordered said they would be out soon. 20 minutes later went up they forgot about them…. Really
I love the loop and their tomato bisque . But the tomato bisque I got yesterday was not the best . It tasted a little burnt maybe and seemed to be oily. I’ve never seen their soup like that. Would still eat there but yesterdays soup could’ve been better
