The Lofts San Marco

I lived in The Lofts of San Marco for more than five years and had the opportunity to live in two different style units. Both units were stunning with beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and tons of natural light. The buildings and grounds are kept immaculate with maintenance and cleaning crews visiting frequently. The management company and representatives were always helpful, responsive, and quick to address any inquiries, comments, or concerns. The Lofts are also within walking or biking distance to some of the best and finest restaurants in Jacksonville (in my opinion), a new local brewery, and many other conveniences.

My experience living in The Lofts San Marco has been exceptional!! The Lofts was originally The South Jacksonville Grammar School. Living inside a piece of Jacksonville's history is incredibly unique. The high ceilings, eight-foot windows and beautiful old wood floors make for an incredible opportunity to uniquely furnish and decorate your own living space. This is a quiet place to live which encourages professionally minded individuals who care about their surroundings and are proud of the place that is their home. Location is everything and San Marco offers some of the best restaurants in Jacksonville as well as having quick and easy access to downtown and Riverside. Enjoy!!

Our business has been based at The Lofts San Marco for 8 years. We love our space—lots of natural light, amenities not normally found in a commercial lease, etc. Our clients love our space, too. It's very unique and we always receive compliments. The leasing office offers flexibility and excellent customer service. Whenever there has been an issue (light bulb out, AC not working, etc.), the leasing office and awesome maintenance crew have addressed it within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend The Lofts for other small businesses... it has so much more to offer than your typical "office space.”
