A HIDDEN GEM!!!! I began attending The Island Theater last year and found myself addicted ever since! So much so I ended up purchasing season tickets! A MUST!!!! I bring my daughters once a month to see the performances. It’s our family outing time. This summer I enrolled my children in theater camp. They loved it! It’s given them a sense of belonging. They have zero acting experience and by the looks of it, I think they plan on continuing to act. They’ve made great friends as well and have enjoyed their summer. The Island Theater is one of my favorite places in the local community. I love supporting them. The acting is great and you can tell that they take pride in putting together the shows. The ticket prices are very reasonable especially when you have a family of 7 like mine. This is our new home. We will continue to support this business/ community center for years to come!!!!
WOW WOW and did I say WOW? Wonderfreakingful show!!! Talent much??? Do not hesitate to pay for a ticket. It's worth it!!!! Sound quality ✓ Able to see entire stage ✓ Lightning quality ✓ Story telling clarity ✓✓✓!!! The fact that it happens to be an amazing campus for Florida's future stage et all performers at low or no costs needs and more is incredibly good. Art is my kind of therapeutic exercise! Enjoy the show!
Fantastic! Recently went to my first show and they exceeded my expectations by miles! It was a heartfelt play that truly moved the audience. Great job to cast and crew.
This was our first time at Island Theater. We very much enjoyed Mary Poppins! We were amazed at the quality of the talent ~ Mary Poppins, Burt, the two children, etc. were Outstanding!! The sets were excellent. We left at intermission at 9:30 PM, because of the late time driving.
Such a great and wonderful theater for our community. My daughter has been in their summer programs which are outstanding. But not just that, the selections of shows, programs, and their staff and casts all year round are what make The Island Theater a truly magical place and priceless gem in Fleming.
