Great place to take the kids, have a birthday party, and just relax on a warm summer day by the pool very nice amenities and always well kept.
Nice place. Family time. Great for kids. Awesome ambiance!
The master homeowners association for Fleming Island is also the same as the homeowners association for some of the individual communities. Everything they do, they suck money out of the residents. They harassed They harass the residents. I cannot wait to sell the property under the Fleming Island master, plantation I’m owners association. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
This is a beautiful development that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A great place to raise a family!
I go there everyday with my friends love it
