My first time with Dr Von Tobel was amazing this one running here that running me there prescription will here never show prescription here no one ever followed wit the (Plan). Never new Doctors had to send plan for pain management so the pharmacist can do what they need to do plan, now i see. Not happy with the plan you havego here what took me 3weekswith out the plan he had me up a going with it on day. Remember there’s no pain if you what your plan is Thanks Dr Bon Toble

As a transgender from a rural area I don't expect good customer service but I was happy to visit the pain clinic

I absolutely love this place dr von tobel is a master in my opinion at his profession I came to him with several problems and he has addressed every one of them and is working on all of them,staff is great love Mrs Darlene she is great🥰🥰🥰🥰

This office is filled with the most unprofessional staff EVER. Today my appointment is at 1115a. I get here and the office is full of patients while the staff is arguing about who does what and what's not getting done there are 6+ patients waiting to be seen or checked in. Then 1 with pink or purple hair tells all the patients after waiting for 30 mins and all seats are full that all in the triage area have to move in the rudest of ways . We are people in pain who don't move well or fast and your office is full and you close at noon. I took off from work to come to this appointment. No one here values your time as a patient. I've NEVER been here less than 2 hrs waiting to be seen. If I didn't need the services my meds and planned therapy I'd be gone. I wouldn't be a patient here if it wasn't so hard to start all over again with another pain specialist I'd be gone! This place is terrible!!! 😡😡
