I used Honey Baked Hams on-line site to order the boneless ham for Thanksgiving, for a morning pick up at the San Jose Blvd. location in Jacksonville. Their site made it easy to order the ham and to arrange a pickup time. When I arrived at my appointed time there was a short line for pre-orders. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff greeted me and were very friendly. From ordering to making the pick up of the ham went smoothly with no errors nor delays. At dinner everyone praised the taste and quality of the ham. I ordered the boneless ham which made it very easy to serve. I did preheat it in the aluminum foil it was wrapped in. At the time of serving it was warm, tender and juicy. The Honey Baked ham was the center piece besides the turkey to our Thanksgiving meal. It was several years since I last ordered a ham through Honey Baked I will definitely order another for the next family gathering.

I purchased a 3lb smoked turkey breast. I paid $43 for it. I was so disappointed. It was dry and tasteless. The texture was awful. It was like bad deli meat. I haven’t been happy with the hams I bought the last several times and it’s why I got the turkey breast. I think I’m going to just stop going here after after 30 years.
