The Honey Baked Ham Company

Thought this year I would try a honey baked ham for Easter for the family. Bought a 9 lb ham that was almost $100. I thought WOW this had better be the BEST game I've ever eaten and was COMPLETELY disappointed!!! Unfortunately!!! There was so much fat running through it. Wish I had stuck to my original plan 😞

Won’t be back. New heavy-set female employee made our experience TERRIBLE. My husband went inside and ordered our lunch while I waited in the car. She argued with him when he asked for the his sandwich made on the bun instead of the typical bread (he actually worked at HBH years ago and has been getting this sandwich for years made that way with zero issues) and then tried to tell him he didn’t need the extra sauce on the side that he asked for, that he “needed to try the sandwich first” (it was a to-go order so he’s not trying it first) Then I went inside to use the bathroom, the employee locked the entrance door behind me and then when I came out and tried to leave, she cornered me and said “These bathrooms aren’t for public use.” I told her they weren’t and my husband literally just ordered our lunch and she rolled her eyes. We have never experienced such terrible service at a HBH location and we’ve been in multiple states. Sad that this is the closest to our home because we will NOT be returning.

Stood in line to pre-order my Easter ham and also get lunch. There was initially only one woman working and I was being very patient and understanding. Another woman walks in and helps the man in front of me. I step up and say I need to pre-order my Easter ham and she cuts me off and tells me she needs to help the people in line ordering lunch first. I said I was planning on ordering lunch as well. She said I can take your order for lunch but you need to order your ham online. I asked is that a new policy and she said no. Hmm, interesting I have every year ordered my ham at this store and picked it up. She then says she can place an order for larger hams for 10 or more people, perfect we will be having that many people. She takes my order for lunch and then says next. Completely ignoring the Easter ham pre-order. Honestly, it seemed like she could not have been bothered with my order. Lunch was more important!! I was there at 11:30, not 12 or 12:30. This location has lost my business.

Bought my wife a lb of ham and four of those kings Hawaiian rolls at Arlington store, I always go to the one on Blanding in OP. Well someone in this store put a new expiration sticker over an expired one dated 10/03 new sticker date 10/19 bread had mold on the rolls. If someone will cover expired stickers to sell old product how can we trust that they don’t do this with their ham as well. My wife just beat cancer and she wanted honeybaked ham, this is shameful
