Michael Fleet deserves a raise! I was having trouble putting together an outdoor cpvc connection. The break was in between the main water line and a t-connector that goes into the house and a water spigot. We had no water going into the house and the pressure was on for me to fix this. I cut the old connection off and thought it would be simple to find everything. It was not as easy as I thought… I about gave up and was going to call a plumber, then Michael swooped in from electrical and found what I needed. An hour and a half later after the glue was cured we had water! Thanks again Michael Fleet!

Gardening department was well stocked and the customer service ladies who helped me were kind and very helpful. This store has helpful people throughout. We got a fridge here a few months ago. They were helpful in picking it out and they set up delivery. Gave us all the time we needed and made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks for that!

Salesmen stalking the aisles, interrupting your flow and taking your time, offering gift cards to invite another salesman into your home to chew your ear about gutters, water softener, HVAC, etc. Changes the tone of the visit, feel like stalked prey and want to grab and go quickly. The floor help is slim, and the one guy with trade experience that could offer some real guidance just went on break. Everybody else can tap their phone and tell you what aisle and bin to find something, but otherwise clueless. AI robots would be more useful. Buy online and have delivered or try a different HI store.
