The paint department is just a mess. One of the younger ladies is just rude and I try to avoid her like the pest. While the others are nice, they are incompetent. I went there to get paint for a small Outdoor project and took some color with me. It was a great white but unfortunately I did not realize that’s not semi gloss and will keep dirt when touched a lot. I went back to pick up a glossy outdoor white or a clear coat that does the same. The young lady was sweet but had no clue what she was doing. I just found after the fact since the coating I put over my white stained it all yellow. So now I have to somehow take that stuff off and repaint it again. It’s a total Mess at this point and ruined my project. The lady who addressed my concerns said that the sweet paint lady is a new hire and has been there three days. She maybe should have not made any recommendations . Now I’m paying the price by additional costs and work. I am Not even sure if I can fix this mess. Would not recommend them at all for paint jobs that you need advise or help with.

Excellent Customer Service from Anna! Anna at The Home Depot on Regency Square in Jacksonville provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout the refund process. What really impressed me was her attention to detail—she even mentioned the last four digits of my credit card so I immediately knew which card to use for the refund. That small extra step made the process quick and hassle-free. Employees like Anna make a real difference in the customer experience. Thank you, Anna, for doing such a great job! Home Depot is fortunate to have you on the team.
the worst experience there was. my husband needed wood after being there no more than 15-20 min this old white man named doc who appeared to me to be drunk or on drugs came up to us with a customer trying to check us asking if we left some wood on a cart in another isle which obviously we didn’t if we had wood on the cart so we just walked away (also doesn’t he get paid to put stuff back if customers misplace it?) after that my husband had to go back down the isle to get the bolts he needed while my daughter and i stayed on the main walk way WITH our wood on the cart and the man continued to harass my husband followed him back to me even went so far as to stop and continue to antagonize my husband in front of me until i stepped in and said he (he (my husband) said leave him alone) ofc the workers immediately took his side except for security the security even said he knew who doc was without us directly showing who he was i would never play with anyone lively hood especially being a mother and providers ourselves but this experience was insane and i pray that home depot would do something to prevent this from happening again to someone else because there are a lot of crazy people in this world and not everyone would’ve reacted the way my husband did
Attention mr area supervisor. This has got to be the worst home depot. Every other home depot brings carts in for shoppers. I work all over ne fla. This is the only one that never brings carts in. When you pull up, you will see loading assistants sitting on the bags of concrete as you walk out of the store to go get a cart and bring it back in, so you can start shopping they will be right there watching you do their work. What's really funny is a lot of The Home Depot's have special needs employees in those positions, and they work the socks off of these people at this store. 1 special needs kid eagerly doing what 2 or 3 people won't do at this store. Check out the guy at atlantic and girvin or Ponte Vedra. Rockstars.
I was at Home Depot to purchase a shelving unit for my garage and there was a pretty decent looking shelving unit to hold plastic totes which is all I need. I got it almost completely put together and got to the top shelf and there are not enough bars to hold the Shelf up. It's short one leg. I called the store. I spoke to Anna at the service desk and she pulled up my receipt and checked the stock which I knew there were plenty in stock. I told Anna that I did not want to take this down and bring it back could she possibly pull the part that I need out of another package and just let me come pick up that one part. She said absolutely no problem all I have to do is go up there tomorrow, I'm going to bring the part that I'm missing to show her what exactly it is and I can get another part. Now that's what I call good customer service
