I have been going to this Home Depot since I was a kid. I live in the Christmas light neighborhood nearby and I have had to utilize it a lot. I even submitted it to be a pokestop in Pokémon go. I have always had so many great experiences here. Today is Memorial Day so it was very busy. I wanted to get in and out of there, as I had a hurt hip and I wasn’t feeling good. I needed to get 25 bags of garden soil, as they were on sale. I figured I would have to get them by myself and as I was going to go ring a single bag up, an employee came up to me to ask if I needed help. This was wonderful, I was too afraid to ask since they were so busy. I wish I had gotten his name to give him credit but he was a young man in a grey shirt with dark hair. Even though it was about to rain, he still happily helped me. I wasn’t even in there for 3 minutes. He went and got his co worker and they loaded up my car so fast. I had just had a bad experience with customer service at the Lowe’s down the street too. Thank you so much Home Depot! Y’all are awesome!

They had a murray riding mower that they claim was half off the original price due to a return. They marked it at $1374.50 and claimed that was half off of $2749.00 They another one right beside it ( same model ) priced at $1999.00 i got an associate toexplain to me why had that one at half price of 2749. He said that was the original price of the all the same model mowers. I looked on their web site and saw the same model mower for $1999. I did not see any sale price or anything .he tried to convince me that I was mistaken. I left and went to another location and low and behold , there it was .the same model at $1999.00 .I got out of my truck and walked in and spoke a manager and he told me that model is not $2749.00 he told me the original price for that model is $ 1999.00 and never was $2749.00 That home depot on Atlantic and girvin rd Was trying to rip me off. I will never go there again. I don't do good with liars BUYERS BEWARE! Lowes is right around the corner. Im going to purchase one from them .
Great customer service. I went in to return my AC unit and was helped by a wonderful employee named Anneka (sorry if I misspelled her name). She was very kind, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. She handled my issue without any problems and helped me get a refund. Based on this experience alone, I would recommend this Home Depot location to anyone who needs assistance. Thank you, Anneka!
Huge store with everything you could need to upgrade or repair your home. It was clean and relatively easy to find what you're looking for. The app has a store made and all items are identified with this location. Highly recommend using it when looking for something particular.
I Staff were friendly and helpful no problem with them. But I was refused a tool rental because my Florida driver's license is a valid, physical, government-issued state ID that happens to be a limited-term license. That's still a real, official ID. Refusing it as "temporary" unfairly turns away customers with legitimate state IDs. Please accept valid state driver's licenses.
