The Home Depot

Dr. Guill is the most compassionate and down to earth doctor that truly cares about pets and their people. He tried to save our 1 year old great pyrenees Violet from intestinal cancer but he couldn't. It was too advanced 💔 We will miss her forever 😢 San Juan Animal Hospital staff and techs are very kind and compassionate.

Waited 30 mins for manager never showed. Trying to buy m12 1/2 stubby impact comes with free battery online. Some how Home Depot and Home Depot.com aren’t the same and refused to match the same deal from online. Despite both products being in stock in the store they conveniently disable order pick up. The best part is the 3/8 stubby has the same deal and you can get it in store. Milwaukee, TTI, Home Depot get your sh&t together. Thanks for helping me choose to order from Ace they have better coupons too.

Terrible customer service. GO TO LOWES, their staff would never do this. All staff I encountered have a "not my department" not my problem attetude (refer to video). I walked around for 20-30 min either asking for help or waiting for help (help never came). When I finally climb up to pull the fence section down and check out, the staff work harder to make sure the price was accurate. The sent two staff members to the back to make sure the price wad correct because it was "too low". If the staff came to help the first time this embarrassing exchange would not have been a problem. Photo of item showing staff loaded item improperly.

The sales personnel at this store are always friendly and helpful. I never have problems getting assistance and they are much more customer oriented than Lowes. I'd especially like to recognize the ladies (Brenda and Melissa) in the blinds department that helped me today. Melissa took the time to help me with the blinds selections and Brenda was a pro when it came to cutting the blinds. They were both so courteous and professional and I was so happy they were able to help me with my blinds problem. *Update* I was trying to get some flooring installed and had a lot of problems related to delivery of the materials caused by the Home Depot personnel. I was not given consistent answers and no one would call me back. I was basically ghosted by the people who originally helped with the order. I finally had to go into the store and ask for a store manager. The store manager, Doug, did help me but I wasted a lot of time on phone calls and visits. The installer BTW had great communication but Home Depot dropped the ball on getting the delivery done in a timely manner. I normally get good support but I'm lowering their rating since they caused a lot of unnecessary wasted time on my part trying to get it straightened out. I would have given a lower rating but Doug did ultimately help me.
