We cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia with the Florida-Georgia Connection Team at Iron Valley Real Estate! She was part of an incredible tag-team partnership that helped us throughout our entire real estate journey, and somewhere along the way, became a friend. Julia helped us sell our previous home, our dream house, just unfortunately not on our dream lot, using some very creative and unique strategies, including reverse tactics to market to a military family purchasing sight-unseen. She truly thought outside the box and worked hard to make the process successful. At the same time, Julia helped us navigate negotiations with the builder on our new home, advocating for incentives and getting items included that helped make our dream house on our dream lot (our forever lot!) even better. Throughout both transactions, Julia was communicative, timely with updates, knowledgeable, and simply wonderful to work with. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We are incredibly appreciative of the time we spent working with the team and would recommend Julia to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients. We started this process with two realtors and ended it with two friends, and we couldn't be more grateful!
We can't say enough good things about Julia. We were buying a new home while also trying to sell our house in the town we were moving from, so we had a lot on our plate. Julia made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. Every time we visited, she took her time with us, never rushed us, and patiently answered all of our questions about the house, the neighborhood, the schools, and the area. While we were busy with our sale and couldn't be there, she took care of things for us, kept us updated, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She truly went above and beyond with everything we needed. On top of being an amazing realtor, Julia is simply a great person. Julia is an amazing realtor, mom, women and human, she was very patient and very professional thru out all the process from looking for homes, visiting homes, and closing on the perfect home! As a 1st time home buyer it get overwhelming but Julia was always patient and helpful and always a phone call away. I would recommend her a million times!!
