Almost five years and I still leave every session feeling genuinely heard and understood. That’s not nothing…That’s everything! I’ve done both individual and couples therapy here and she’s been great through all of it. If you’re on the fence, just go. You won’t regret it!
Healing Bar is amazing. I wasn’t sure what I was walking into but it’s exactly what I needed. I’ve learned tools to help me not only through this tough season but life itself. Nadia listens to understand and doesn’t judge - which I was terrified of. I’ve recommended her to many people friends and strangers. If you’re on defense about starting, JUST START. It’s worth it.
