The Experience was the perfect venue for our baby shower! My husband and I knew we were going to have 60+ people in attendance and there was more than enough space for everyone. We loved the option to open the big garage doors and the weather was perfect for it! So much natural light flooded the space and made for great photos! We loved the huge bar space with all the room behind it for serving people and prepping some of the drinks/appetizers that we had. The full kitchen down the hall was a great plus! We were able to make some of the dishes right there at the venue before everyone arrived. Alex was super easy to work with and the staff on site during our event were super helpful. We had to speak with them a couple times and they came to help with whatever we needed. We would 1000% book The Experience again for an event in the future. The location was great as well.. super close to downtown/central to Jacksonville so nobody had to drive far at all.
I had to set up an inflatable at this location for a private birthday party. first time I had ever been here. very central location in Jacksonville. the venue looked really nice and looked like it could hold quite a few people for all types of events. I am definitely putting this on my list for when a customer asked if I know anywhere they can do a party.
I booked this event center yesterday for my son’s first birthday party, and I absolutely loved it! The owner, Alex, was easy to communicate with and always responded promptly!He even let us bring in a lot of our supplies the day before, which took so much stress off of us and made everything run smoothly on the day of the party! The manager on site the day of was also incredibly helpful. I never leave reviews, but this experience deserved one. If you’re considering booking this venue, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!
My husband, guests, and I had the best time celebrating our elopement with friends and family at The Experience. Alex and Holly were so wonderful answering our million questions and allowing us to see the space a couple of times. We were able to have a food truck for our dinner and a local creamery for dessert. Plenty of space and tables for appetizers and other desserts! The bar area and pool table were a hit for our guests! We also were able to show a movie and sing karaoke. We wanted our celebration to be a place where friends and family could gather and have fun. All the guests LOVED the atmosphere The Experience brought to our celebration! Wish we could redo the night again and again!
We had a great time using The Experience for our daughters 1st birthday party! Alex was great to communicate with and easy to contact when needed. The back area was a great set up and plenty of room for a bounce house and a grill. The space easily held around 50 people comfortable and the bar was well stocked with equipment needed for our drinks. Overall, we would definitely have another party here and would recommend it to all of our family and friends!
