I was severely hurt many years back. In my search for an attorney I wanted someone who you did not see on TV. In my interviewing process Tod Eikner was highly recommended. My case was very complicated since it was a Federal Maritime injury Case. I chose Tod And it was the the best decision I've ever made. Not only did he work tirelessly until my case was settled he had the skill and knowledge to navigate through a very complicated process. I would have no problem recommending Tod Eikner too other clients and I have. He also has worked for me and my wife since with fantastic results. I can honestly say he made my family's life and mine a whole lot better. He is an extremely hard worker and a very good person. I also consider him a friend!
I hired Todd 13 years ago. Every week I would get a update on the case. Never left wondering what’s going on. I couldn’t imagine hiring anyone else. To top it all off I get a Christmas Card every year. Now that’s a nice touch!
Tod has a ton of industry experience from both sides and I always lean on him for solid counsel.
