⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a golf cart owner myself, I can confidently say Joyride absolutely crushed it for our family vacation in Jacksonville. We rented one of their six-seater carts for me, my wife, and our three kids, and it was hands down one of the coolest parts of our trip. I booked last minute for a two-day rental, and they were in touch with me within minutes. That kind of responsiveness matters. Now, full transparency — things didn’t go exactly as planned. Our original cart couldn’t be delivered, which was disappointing at first. But here’s the thing: as a small business owner myself, I know stuff happens. What separates a good company from a great one is how they handle it. These guys handled it perfectly. They quickly found us another cart just a few blocks away for pickup. We also had a small miscommunication about charging overnight, but they immediately jumped in, got us a charger, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made sure we had a full battery for the next day. Nothing was a dealbreaker — in fact, the way they handled everything made me respect them even more. They even gave us extra time with the cart, which worked out perfectly with our extended stay. If you’re looking for a golf cart rental in Jacksonville, don’t overthink it. Joy Ride is the move. Five stars. Highly recommend.
Joy Ride knocked it out of the park on this one. Not only did we get a state of the art golf cart, but the delivery, service, and communication were impeccable. Our family had a blast riding around town. The golf cart was clean and appeared brand new, it even had apple carplay to play our favorite music. Thank you to Jack and his team for a perfect experience.
Our rental far exceeded our expectations! WOW! Street rated, comfy, CLEAN. Apple car play and GPS were a great surprise! Cannot say enough about the service and professionalism of this company. They are amazing. Did we actually NEED it since we were staying so near our family that lives there?? No! Did we enjoy it and make excuses to utilize it everywhere we could? ABSOLUTELY! Our cars stayed parked and out of the way and we can’t wait to have another family gathering so we can treat ourselves to another fun golf cart experience. We are a family of golfers and we’ve never enjoyed a golf cart like this one.
The golf cart was a blast! I had a great time with my family. They delivered the cart right to us, and picked it up, which was very convenient. Quick communication and great customer service. Would rent again!
Highly recommend !!! They went above and beyond with our golf cart rental. The golf cart was delivered to us at the hotel we were staying at and they also picked it up at the end of our stay. I was able to communicate with them via text our entire rental. The cart was great for sightseeing around town. We will definitely rent from them again !!! Thank you Joy Ride Street Legal Golf Cart Rental !!!
