Both of my nieces attend. One in the infant room, the other has been in the 2, 3, and now 4s. The teachers genuinely care about them, management is a lot more receptive and reachable. This is one of the more affordable centers, and it's quality is unmatched. They work with each child individually, especially if one is struggling, and try to come up with ways to help the child improve. They substitute meals or drinks for dietary reasons. The kids seem to form real bonds with their teachers, especially the younger children.
I gave it some time before making a review because I wanted to see how my kids do being enrolled at a new facility. BEWARE!! Wouldn’t recommend this daycare at all!!! My kids pitched a FIT when dropping them off begging me not to leave them (2 & 4) which is always a red flag. Watched my daughter on camera cry at the door for me for 15-20 mins and finally just took her home. My son would get sent home everyday for what is normally considered a kid being a kid (play fighting after witnessing through the class window kids jumping and hitting my child while he was telling them to stop and teacher not paying attention, soon as my son hit back the teacher got on to him so I had to step in) seems like they just didn’t want to deal with the kids. I witnessed on multiple occasions teachers just not paying attention, very frustrated as if they didn’t want to be there, and VERY rude to the kids. My son also came home with bruises and cuts all the time (one time was pushed off the slide & had a gash in his chin). My son started having nightmares and just did NOT want to be there, since I have moved them they have both did complete turn around! I also confirmed with a former employee that the daycare is horrible and the teachers are mean so she left.
This daycare has such a warm, family-style atmosphere, and it shows in everything they do. The teachers and staff are genuinely great, always patient and welcoming. Communication is amazing, and the app they use makes it easy to stay connected and see how our babies are doing throughout the day. I absolutely love this place.
100% do not recommend. They say all the right things at first that they are there for kids. And to set them up for success. But put minimal effort into it afterwards. Owner expects kids to act all the same. And since she isn't there all the time I think she's just in it for the money.
They don't work with your kid like they promise you. Teacher seems to just call to have my kid picked up from school just because she doesn't want to deal with him. They don't listen to parents and don't work with you and they rather suspend 4yr olds like they're in the 7th grade than try to help them.
