Took a drop-in class with Jessica - hands down one of the best reformer classes I’ve ever taken. Great energy in the studio from teachers and clients alike! Definitely worth booking a class whether you’re a local or just visiting town.
Monica provides a very focused tailored Pilates session designed to meet a person’s specific needs and areas that need strengthening. Monica’s instruction has lead me to regain my strength and recover after bilateral knee replacements, she is completely focused on a client’s needs and areas that improvement and that translate into an enhanced life. I have found that her focus, direction and core strengthening spill over into your daily life. I find myself breathing, focusing and elongating my spine in my every day life after sessions with Monica. Core strengthening that she provides as well as body awareness improves a person’s physical, emotional and spiritual strength. I cannot say enough good things about her. She changed my life . I am stronger and a better person because of Monica . Don’t hesitate…. It’s worth it, you are worth it . Pilates is life changing.
I had a private session with the owner, who is a physical therapist, and it was fabulous. This studio is small and peaceful. Great attention to detail in terms of form, when doing the exercises. I highly recommend.
Monica and Catherine are fantastic and consistent. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and strong. Great strength training, stretching, and breathing... and of course.. great core work!
Intro private sessions very beneficial, tailored for injury recovery and working little-used muscles.
