I want to be as honest in this review as I am in all my others. After moving across the country from Washington state to Florida, we ran into issues during the house hunting process due to a poor experience with our first realtor. We suddenly needed a short term apartment while we got everything sorted out, which brought us to Club at Danforth, and we could not be happier with our experience. From day one, Tiffany was incredibly helpful. We explained our situation and needed to move in as quickly as possible. She did not disappoint. She went above and beyond, keeping us updated and communicative throughout the entire process. Because we only needed a lease for a few months, our situation was a bit unique, but the whole team handled it seamlessly. Jennifer, the community manager, was also exceptionally professional and accommodating. Even handling our early termination fee when our house went through was a smooth and simple process. During our short stay, we were blown away by how welcoming the community felt. The sheer number of community events they put on for residents is insane. If we had not bought a house, we would have gladly stayed long term. The amenities are equally strong. There is a lot of parking, and I mean a lot. The swimming pool is fantastic, and unlike other complexes where the BBQs are always broken, the grills here actually work. The gym is well maintained, too. We cannot speak for the maintenance team because we did not have a single issue inside our unit during our stay. If I had to mention one tiny detail, it would be the dumpster setup. I do not know if it is a law in Florida to only have one dumpster per complex, but since our unit was at the very back of the property and the dumpster was at the front entrance, we always had to put our trash in the car and drive it over. That one small detail aside, this apartment is hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home.

My mom and I lived here from November of 2023- January 2025 and it was fantastic. The maintenance staff were always on top of requests while also keeping the grounds cleaned and maintained. The front office staff were always super helpful and friendly. The did so good at planning community events which made the complex feel even better. People here were super friendly and nice. Units were clean and well maintained. Was a quiet place. Would definitely recommend this complex.
Moved from overseas in February. Tiffany made the transition very easy as this was my first time renting. I'm very happy that this complex was recommended to me. Everyone is very considerate and I can't even say enough words about the maintenance + leasing team. They're awesome and they take care of issues as soon as you submit a work order. Anytime I've needed anything, I've felt very comfortable walking into the office for questions or concerns. Again, Tiffany has been awesome. She's on top of her game!! Location, parking, and unit is highly recommended.
Moving from a distance as a family of 5 with 3 littles we used AI to find the Club at Danforth highly rated for safety, family friendly, and staff responsiveness and they have not disappointed! From the get go Tiffany was so helpful answering questions and a REAL person available without hoops of answering systems and chat bots was refreshing. The virtual tour option was so convenient and the platform for filling everything out very easy to use with Tiffany keeping us updated along the way as well. When we arrived Kendall was so friendly welcoming us and explaining info and Art helped us get our U-Haul to the best place for unloading. Antonio and Art in maintenance are on top of it… very responsive, remember the issues and follow up, and so kind to the children. Property is kept up well, amenities clean and look like the pictures, ample parking, people clean up after pets, each apartment has its own entryway (a nice change from places that can have dirty stairwells and trash in hallways.) It’s a very friendly walkable community 10min walks to groceries, restaurants, 30min to local park and library. Suburban woodsy vibe but close to everything you need. Such a great place for the price!
Great apartment complex! It’s clean with excellent, well-maintained amenities and very kind, attentive staff (Tiffany has been awesome throughout). While an apartment that doesn’t face the parking lot means carrying groceries a little farther, the forest view is absolutely worth it.
