The Children's Courtyard on Old St. Augustine Rd

My children have been attending The Children’s Courtyard since they were each 13 weeks old. From the infant rooms all the way through VPK, the providers have been wonderful and compassionate. Ms. Pam and Ms. Mitzi are staples in the infant classrooms. As a first-time mom when my oldest started, I deeply appreciated how they kept me updated and provided guidance through every phase of growth. The toddler teachers—Ms. Flor, Ms. Grace, and Ms. Rebecca—are such caring and patient caregivers through those challenging early years. The two-year-olds' teacher, Ms. Claire, is a delight and always brings out the cheesiest smiles from my youngest. Ms. Adrianna, the early preschool teacher, has done a great job establishing the structure needed for classroom learning. The VPK teachers, Ms. Hinal, Ms. Tonda, and Ms. Dede, did a wonderful job preparing my oldest for the transition to grade school. Over the summer, my oldest attended summer camp and thoroughly enjoyed all the activities and weekly field trips. Ms. Shanice covered for a period when my oldest was in VPK; she met my child right where they were and adjusted her techniques to help them reach their full potential. Ms. Shanice has also been a wonderful resource now that our children attend the same grade school, serving as a mentor and guiding me through my child’s transition into kindergarten. Lastly, Ms. Ellie, the director, is so friendly. Despite working with so many families over the years, she always remembers the little details about every child.

The Children's Courtyard is a great place for your infant and child. The staff is friendly and cares about the kids. They are patient with potty training and communication is top tier. The meals are nutritious and your child will grow in all ways. The management team really goes above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment. They provide weekly lesson plans and in house activities. You will not be disappointed!

Our little one is in the toddler room with Ms. Flor and he could not be happier. Watching the engagement from the teacher is heartwarming and makes my day more smooth. She is always interacting with the children and has them busy with activities all day. Very clean and organized. The administration/ director is always helpful and respectful with any concerns.could not say enough I would give ten stars if allowed.

This is an amazing center! Let me start at the beginning, we needed drop in childcare for my grandson that would change each week. We started bringing my grandson 2-3 days a week and they immediately made him feel like family. Ms. Pam was his first teacher when he was just 3 months old. She is so loving with each baby. There were a few things that instantly made us feel like this was the right daycare for him, he had a spot in the refrigerator for his bottles even though they didn’t know which days he would be attending and they added his picture on the wall for that class. This might seem like a small gesture but to us it was important. This was important to us because he wasn’t attending daily. Fast forward, my grandson will be 2 this month and is doing amazing. Not only are the teachers great, but the admin staff is amazing always willing to help with your concerns. They have the babies on a schedule with activities, including outside time and keep you updated with the app. Ms. Flor and Ms. Jenny are so patient and always have a smile. They update the app regularly during the day so you stay connected with your little one.
