The Buzz Haircuts and More

Jen at The Buzz is truly something special. She is the first person I’ve trusted to consistently cut and color my hair without feeling the need to run back to a box dye…and that says everything. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can feel how much she genuinely cares. She listens, she takes her time, and she makes sure you walk out feeling confident and beautiful. It’s not just about the hair with her, it’s about how she makes you feel. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I finally trust the process because I trust her. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, intentional, and truly invested in you, Jen is your girl. I’m so grateful I found her. 💛

I was really excited about getting my haircut today, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I let the stylist know I had an appointment with Jennifer. She simply told me to come in and sit down and asked what we were doing today. There was no introduction, no asking for my name, no greeting, and no offer of water or anything—nothing to make me feel welcome. During the haircut, I explained that I only wanted a trim, but she barely spoke to me the entire time. Instead, she was mostly talking to her coworkers, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel valued as a client at all, and the overall atmosphere was not friendly. I do appreciate that they were able to take me before my scheduled appointment time, and the price was reasonable. However, the customer service and overall experience were not good, and because of that, I wouldn’t come back. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the experience at all.

Been my go to hair salon for 4 years now! Patience has been my stylist and could never have found anyone better:) prices are great and you’ll be treated as family rather than a stranger.

Where to start. The Buzz is great all around. I’ve been going to see Patience for YEARS!!! And I’ve never once been disappointed. From men’s cuts, to layered colors, bridal parties, to full head/scalp recovery. Patience is truly a professional and stands by her work. Go see her!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!
