I've been wanting to eat here because I always drive by it. I went to celebrate birthdays and Father's Day with my family. Everything was delicious especially the sticky bones (ribs appetizer), squash appetizer, chicken noodle soup, and the grilled pork sandwich that was a special for Father's Day. Service was great! Will definitely be back and sit out on the back porch. A great place for a meal with an unlimited salad bar as well!
I had the Peach Tea Pork Chop with baked beans and baked sweet potato. The pork chop, brined in sweet tea and topped with a peach glaze, is very good and highly recommended. The Hamburger on a Gluten Free Bun with fries is another great choice! The service is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great, especially on the patio. This was a great dining experience!
*I* personally had a fantastic amazing time dining here to celebrate my birthday and Ms Connie made it extra special. Seated fast. Seats available. Porch was available. SALAD BAR!! Great service/hospitality. Flavorful food. Nice variety on the menu. Nice/strong signature drinks.
Such a friendly experience! The door was held open by a server when we came in and we were greeted in a very friendly manner. Our server was very kind and efficient, and the back porch was a charming place to enjoy a meal. My shrimp and grits were delicious! The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and fried. My husband enjoyed the Barn Burner chicken sandwich that was suggested by our waitress. Would go again!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Back Porch Southern Restaurant! The atmosphere was beautiful, especially sitting out on the porch. We arrived around 5:45 PM on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a long wait for a table. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. The salad bar was hands down the best I've ever had—fresh, well-stocked, and full of great options. The food itself was delicious, and the shrimp and grits were absolutely amazing!!! But the star of everything we ordered was the The Dina dip! Between the beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, incredible salad bar, and delicious food, we'll definitely be back!
