I loved this place, even though I was only there a short time. Their staff is truly on another level. Alben and Jorge went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. I think if I ever return to Jacksonville, this will be my home again.
I relocated from MA to FL in July. It has been an extremely tough transition and I have two little girls. I first toured the townhomes with Sonia when we came for a visit in February and now we have a place to call our home amazing and honestly kept in touch with me since the first tour. After a very hard move, Sonia was continued to show her support, outlined all expectations and she went above and beyond to make the application process, walk throughs, communicated consistently through emails offering support and guidance and she herself is just a sweetheart and was extremely encouraging through a very rough season. We are beyond blessed to have her as our leasing agent and very excited to now call the Avenues our new home!
The Avenues is such a nice community!! Jacob Desvarieux helped us tour the townhome today and a one bedroom apartment for my mother in law! he was so nice and helpful! We aren’t ready to move yet but Jacob still made us feel welcomed and made the experience personable. Jacob’s customer service and the customer service in the office was outstanding! The townhomes and apartments we toured today were so spacious and beautiful as well. 10/10 experience today!
sonia was amazing throughout the entire leasing process! she made everything super easy and stress-free and helped us get a great deal on our apartment. she was always helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience really smooth. definitely recommend working with her! we’ve been loving living here at the avenues so far!
I had a great experience leasing my new apartment. The entire process was smooth, and everyone was professional and helpful. I especially want to thank Sonia Kelper for guiding me through the leasing process. She was kind, patient, and always available to answer my questions. She made everything much easier and stress-free.
