The Aston at Town Center

“I recently signed a lease at Aston Apartments and had such a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful : modern finishes, spacious layout, gorgeous flooring, and a very clean, luxury feel. From the kitchen to the bathroom and living space, everything looks thoughtfully designed and feels like home already. A huge thank you to Abbey, who gave us the tour and truly made the experience special. She patiently showed us the apartment and amenities, answered all of our questions regarding safety, preferences, decorating ideas, and even helped with suggestions on where I could shop for apartment décor and furniture. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Janelly was also amazing throughout the leasing process. She helped answer follow-up questions the next day, guided me through signing the lease, and explained everything regarding the guarantor process. She was extremely patient, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Megan was such a sweetheart as well. She stayed in contact with me alongside Janelly, kept me updated about the lease process, and helped resolve issues with guarantor information processing quickly and professionally. All three of them genuinely made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited about moving into my new home. Moving to a new city can feel overwhelming, but the Aston team made the process smooth, warm, and stress-free. I’m so excited to start this new chapter here and would absolutely recommend Aston Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with an incredibly supportive management team!”

The Aston at Town Center has been an amazing place to live. I was drawn in by the waterfall and fell in love with the golf sim. The community is awesome and Meghann could not be more attentive, accommodating and awesome (minus her Jell-O shot making abilities). Great place to live ten out of ten recommend

Janelly has been outstanding throughout our onboarding, making the entire process seamless and stress‑free. With our son new to the area for school, both my wife and I feel confident and secure knowing he will be safe at The Aston. Abbey has also been wonderfully supportive whenever Janelly was unavailable. The Aston’s property management team is truly exceptional!

Nice and clean community, quiet during weekdays and busy garage during weekends. Well equipped gym with new fitness machines and treadmills, a nice yoga/taichi room. Beautiful lounge and convenient meeting rooms. Small but unique swimming pool. Overall a lovely community!
