We had a a flight cancellation so wanted to grab breakfast while we waited. We chose Terry’s for the rating but was concerned once we got close to the location. While a bit sketchy we atleast felt the food should be good and it was! Very inviting employees, attentive servers, food was great and the owner came around twice to chat. I’d recommend this spot if near the airport all day!
Came here after seeing the Social Media advertisement and received a Bogo. We haven't been here in years. As you enter the restaurant was pleasantly clean and inviting and most of all didn't have the greasy smell in the air like a Famous Amos restaurant. Very crisp and clean air. Was greeted fairly quickly and sat. The server came over and got our drink order and after returning took our order. Came here for the breakfast on a Wednesday around 9:30am had only 2 tables left or bar seating was available. Around 10am it really started clearing out. Got the regular breakfast with a scrambled egg, hash browns, paid extra for the grits, pancake and country ham. Everything was cooked perfectly. That country Ham is the bomb! Grits are creamy and not overly gritty, could have used more salt when cooking. I forgot to get pictures of my food, I jumped right in and devoured it. I love supporting our local businesses when it's worth it. We overall enjoyed our meal and we will definitely return a lot sooner and more often.
The food was great and I have no complaints about the quality, but the price was honestly a shock. Breakfast for two came out to $50.24 after tax and tip. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but I definitely wasn’t expecting a breakfast bill that high. Good food, but at these prices, I probably won’t be back unless it’s my mom’s birthday and she specifically asks for Terry’s Grill. 😂
First visit, ordered the eggs Benedict with home fries. Hadn’t had eggs benny in forever so it definitely hit the spot! Other half loves the potato bowl with bacon & homefries. He gets a side of sausage gravy to mix into the bowl. The homefries are super good and crispy. Had the avocado toast yesterday, which wasn’t anything fancy but it fits the vibe of the place. It’s not trying to be anything fancy, but everything I’ve had has been great. Fried squash 10/10 and they do have good ranch.
This sweet, family-run spot has wonderful local charm and so many friendly smiles. We were glad to see vegetarian options on the menu—and the pricing is great! While the food tasted fresh and had a cozy, homemade feel, a few dishes didn’t quite land for us as vegetarians. Sharing this in the spirit of helpful feedback: Veggie omelette: could use a bit more seasoning to let the veggies shine. Avocado toast: the avocado seemed to be turning slightly; the eggs came softer than requested—well-done would have been perfect. Short stack with blueberries: pleasant, though a touch more fluff and a little extra presentation would elevate it. Overall, the warmth of the team and the value are lovely. With a few tweaks to flavor and preparation, this could be a fantastic go-to for veggie diners, too.
