First interaction with Vereen Plumbing in 2020 for intake pipes replacement was great. Second interaction in 2026 equally great. The kitchen sink drains, all of the drains in the bathrooms drain, and the washing machine too. The drains drain. Mat, Damien, Jamie, and Camryn are responsible for making the whole nightmare of a redrain a 5-star experience. Clean work, great communication, and a professional crew from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. (Have recommended)
I had an emergency pipe problem outside when a tree removal service cut the pipe in several places. Christian, Cameron and David came and replaced the pipe the next day. These fine men from Terry Vereen were professional and knowledgeable and repaired it in less time than expected and did a clean job. Now I have water again and I highly recommend them!!
David and Shawn (Sean) were awesome! Fixed an installers mistake and even replaced some old pipes. Thanks so much! 1st pic is the old, 2nd is the new.
My experience with Terry Vereen Plumbing was less than stellar. I originally called them for a hot water heater warranty issue, especially since their magnets were all over the unit from servicing it in the recent past. First Trip: The plumber came out and correctly identified the issue, but then proceeded to tell us that the unit was not under warranty. I had to personally call the manufacturer myself; they confirmed it was still under warranty and sent a redemption notification for a replacement. Second Trip: Now that I had made the call and done the legwork, they agreed it was under warranty. They picked up the part and fixed it. Sounds great! Then came the invoices. For the first trip, they sent me a two-hour invoice for over $200. This was to cover the time the plumber spent on the phone, even though he was unsuccessful and I ultimately had to call the manufacturer myself. At that point, I understood their hourly rates and let it go. Then came the real shock: a second invoice for over $700 on top of the original bill. This was a flat rate for replacing the warrantied hot water heater. That fee equates to roughly 3-4 hours of labor, even though it only took them 30 minutes to install the new one. Why was I expected to pay both a flat rate and an hourly rate? And why was the flat rate so incredibly high when all the parts were already covered by the warranty? To their credit, they did eventually remove the hourly invoice, but only after a seriously uncomfortable conversation with their office. At no point before the work was completed did they ask to confirm any charges with me beyond an hourly rate. Edit to Reply: The reply is comical and not true. First, I never agreeded to any amount beyond an hourly charge, and they can't show me where I agreeded. Second, the wait? Just flat out not true. The service fee was not a normal service fee, and never communicated to the client. If you think it's normal to pay +$700 to have them spend less than an hour replacing the same hot water heater (with no new hookup, no new pipe, just unscrew and rescrew), then you should use Terry Vereen Plumbing. And they never refunded right away, they made me argue back and forth about spending more than 1k on a warranty for a hot water heater.
John and Christian were exceptionally prompt and professional. They were able to make the repair faster than it took for the glue to dry when they were done. They in fact left the situation more secure than it was originally installed. Would highly recommend their services!
