Terry Chiropractic

This is the best chiropractor in the country, in my humble opinion. I suffered terribly from scoliosis as a child, and he worked very diligently to correct and preserve the integrity of my neck structures. There will never be enough words in the English language to appropriately express my gratitude.

The best of the best! Never tries to push you to a 9 day plan so you can have a better deal. Tells you what to do when you go home to make you feel better. 100 starts for me. I honestly thank God i was referred to him. Thank you Terry!

Most chiropractors try to sell you on 20+ treatments or services you really don’t need. From personal experience, what I like about Dr. Terry is he will always make time for you, focuses on what is hurting, fixes it, and sends you on your way. He’s never tried to sell me on continuing services, and he’s never let me down. Cash/credit card transactions since I don’t think they file insurance claims, meaning less expensive and quality services for the cost of many people’s copays.

Discrimination all the way. I will tell my story and make it short. I have been looking for a long time for a good chiropractic doctor. a good friend of mine recommended Dr. Terry and described him as a very nice guy and so professional. fair enough. I got his phone number from my friend and I did call his office to see if I can use my insurance and get more details about my coverage. the reality came when a lady answered the phone and once I start talking to her she asked me about my name and the reason for my call today. I gave her my name and I told her that I need to see Dr. Terry and if she could take my Insurance info to see what is my coverage benefits will be (like most clinics and doctors office routine). the Unexpected way of response started after that. am a man with a kind a heavy accent so anyone can easily tell am a foreigner. She starts taking so long to answer me or respond to any of my questions, she told me to go and call my insurance company their numbers in the back of the insurance card. I asked her if she could take my insurance info from me and do her check like most other offices!! she refused to take my info and told me we are not your insurance agency here!! and then she told me I think you are calling the wrong number!! I was not sure why she is saying that. I responded to her " is this is Terry chiropractic office? then she said listen we don't take rude people you were rude to me and before i finish talking she hang on me. I tried to call her again to see why she did that, but she knows my number and refused to answer me. the conclusion in 2018 shame on anyone do that to anyone and if Dr. Terry knowing about these practices and doing nothing shame on him too. if anyone from his office willing to call me I will be happy to talk to them about it, the call happened 10/3/2018 at almost noon.
