Once you walk in the office it looks clean and professional. You get greeted and helped right away. The team and Dr Matthew are very welcoming. I went in for the weight loss program they have. They do more than chiropractor services. Dr. Matthew is great went over all my options I had for my weight loss plan that can fit my needs/work schedule. Kelly and Meg greet you with warm beautiful smiles and invite you in like family on every visit. You can tell they love their patients and their jobs I suffer from Arthritis in my knee and did a series of shortwave therapy. The care team of the doctors and technicians met with me, formulated a treatment plan. Donna my tech is highly skilled and always attentive to my pain and progress. The doctors are very involved and truly care about your individual health ,goals and treatment plan. They literally called me to follow up on my progress. you could tell that they truly care about you as an individual I want to see you “thrive“. From the day first day that stumbled in such great pain to my last session nearly pain-free.; They have embodied what patient care and customer service should be. Thrive has been a life changer for me. When I started I was in constant pain and now I am hardly in pain. The staff and doctors have all been very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this group!
