Terri Bennett, Real Estate Advisor

Terri skillfully led us through each step of the transaction, explaining time lines and reasons for each requirement of the purchase process. Understanding these things helps alleviate the general anxiety that can be felt when purchasing a home. Our experience was virtually stress free! Thank you, Terri!

We are so grateful for Terri! In this crazy seller’s market, we now live in our dream house because of Terri’s hard work and determination. She went above and beyond in her level of availability and communication. She has an incredible network of experts in all areas of house buying needs; finance, inspection, contractors, etc. we never had a need that Terri could not address. She focused on communication with the seller to ensure all transitions and transactions went smoothly. The one time she was not available, she had one of her colleagues right there for us without missing a beat. This was my 5th real estate purchase, and by far the easiest, smoothest, most wonderful process of all. In the end we felt 100% taken care of. Not a moment of stress. Terri is the whole package, we give her our highest recommendations!
