Appraisal was far below market value. My home was appraised $40K below recent comp of identical unit. He did not take into consideration other units of higher value. I had another appraisal done which appraised $60K more than Mr Burbridge's. Identical unit two doors down just sold for $110K more than his appraisal just a few months ago.
