Phone was submerged in a ditch almost 2 weeks. 20 years of contacts and phone numbers. They saved it and they and I was able to transfer to a new computer. Very fare cost for their services. Highly recommend!!!!
Tech Hospital is superb. Previously I called Geek Squad when i needed help. Since they stopped making house calls I've been lost. Then Ii saw Tech Hospital open a couple blocks from me. My neighbor Cynthia Eades was raving about Lonnie and the excellent way he handled her issues. My experience with Lonnie? Ditto! He was patient, kind and never made me feel like a computer idiot - which I am. He also explained his problem solving approach , which i appreciated.When he left, i was more tuned in and knowledgable. Tech Hospital will be my go-to place from now on. Absolutely. And Cynthia and i will gladly spread the word throughout our condo about your professionalism. And not to overlook Jacob Phillips - he's a real pro as well - setting up my appointment, making sure all my issues were covered and Lonnie was totally prepped. You've got some seriously great people there. Riverside is lucky to have you guys!

Tech Hospital is excellent! I had numerous issues with my phone. Romano spent so much time with me. He explained everything. Tech Hospital is very knowledgeable, their studio is very pleasing, and it was nice to spend time! It is a great feeling to know they can help me when I have a technical issue. AND the price was fantastic!
Very pleasantly surprised when I found out that not only do they fix game systems, they can also find you good deals on a used ones! And it was probably less expensive to go that route as well. And to get a one-year warranty on top of that included was icing on the cake. Jacob was very informative and there was no pressure when deciding what to do. On the day of pick up, he made sure that it was working, and even showed me on his computer that it was functioning for extra peace of mind. I believe he went the extra mile, definitely kudos to Jacob.
