I had an excellent experience with Tear It Up Flooring and owner Gene. I especially appreciate supporting a veteran-owned business that takes pride in its work. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the work was excellent from start to finish. The crew showed up on time every day and worked professionally throughout the project. They also took extra precautions to protect my exposed cabinets and surrounding areas during the demolition. Everything was completed on schedule and exactly as promised. I was very pleased with the entire experience and definitely plan to use Tear It Up Flooring again for a few future bathroom demolition projects. Highly recommended!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gene at Tear It Up Floors has completed multiple demolition jobs for me, and I highly recommend him. As a customer, having someone you can count on makes a big difference, and Gene has earned my repeat business. I’ve been very happy with his work and look forward to using him on future projects. If you need demolition work done, give Gene a call!
Gene came down for our estimate and due to a hurricane cancellation offered to do our job the very next day. Gary and the crew did an AMAZING JOB!!! We recently combined two units for new restaurant opening this fall and between the two there were four types of flooring. Tear it Up was able to clean everything up and leave us with a smooth concrete floor so we can have a clean, uniform space. We are so excited with the results and grateful for the team that came out. Professional, competent, kind and attentive. Highly recommend Tear It Up! Before and afters below.
Tear it up. Floors is in the flooring removal business. I'm a flooring installation contractor and specialist with 40 years experience and have used many other services similar to tear it up. My experience with Gene, the owner and the workers that he had on the job were great. Communication is where this company excels. I knew when, where and what was going to happen and how much it would cost from the very beginning. Estimates were returned within 12 hours of the site visit. They performed dust control and used air scrubbers as well as removal and haul away of all product. Tear it up is the only company I will call for future projects.
I’m happy to recommend Gene and his team for demolition work. Over the course of a three-day project, they did an excellent job handling the demo efficiently and professionally. They were punctual, respectful of the space, and made a point to keep both the work area and surrounding areas clean throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy environment really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Gene and his team for any kitchen, bathroom, or flooring demolition project.
