If I could give zero stars, I would. This place needs to be shut down. It only looks good on paper. The owner & SOME, NOT ALL of her staff is highly unprofessional & unsafe. My grandchild attended for 1 week & everyday presented a red flag. The major red flag was the owner transporting the kids in her personal vehicle with no car seats. She speeds too. I have her on my ring camera passing my house because she was zooming. We had to mention my grandchild needing a car seat because the owner acted as if riding without one was ok. Mind you, my grandchild is 3. Secondly, the communication sucks. During the enrollment process, the owner promised updates throughout the day on the portal but that didn't happen. Instead, they sent an end of the day summary that most likely wasn't true. For example, one summary said that my grandchild took a nap but the owner herself said she didn't & that's why she was sleepy when she got home from daycare that day. Smh. If you lie about that then what else are you being dishonest about??? My grandchild clearly wasn't eating because when she got home, she'd look for any & everything to eat as of she was famished. And that's not like her. For 2 days, they said she had homework but there was no homework in her bag. When it was mentioned to the owner, she brushed it off. When they did send "homework", it was a sloppily hand drawn alphabet for her to trace. And whats the point of have us send her personal blanket when youre allowing her to use someone elses blanket??? That's not safe at all and I'm sure that why she got sick. There's so much more but these are the most important red flags. It was just too much too soon. Too many red flags. Consequently, we terminated her enrollment. In the beginning, the owner said she'd "help us out" & discount the weekly balance. But she said because we terminated our students enrollment, she'd have to charge us the full balance. Sounds like retaliation to me. We have the discounted balance conversation in text so we could've easily paid the discounted balance. But I went ahead & paid the full balance because she obviously needs it. And I didn't feel like arguing with her. All in all, if you & your child want to have an unsafe & unprofessional experience then go right ahead. I will be forwarding my safety concerns to the proper authorities. This place is a joke.
I asked them to enroll my 6 month old for a week and they said no 👎
My son has been attending TDH2 for about 2 years and we love it. He comes home everyday with something new that he’s learning. They provide a lot of activities for the kids. Communication is also very good.
My daughter has been attending for over a year and I can honestly say I’ve seen so much improvement in her learning. They are so caring and adventurous. Also a clean respectful school. I highly recommend
EDIT (Nov 27, 2023): 2 reviews up until 3 days ago. I opened my email this morning to see that the owner of this daycare gave my email to another teacher to write and harass me saying she's gonna call DCF because she saw my review 🤦🏽♀️ God please help these people. Unfortunately they want to overshadow my review but...pay attention to dates. None of those reviews were there before mine. Y'all need to stop smh (Oct. 31, 2023) PLEEEEASE don't send your kid's here! I thought this chic was ok because she did excuse a couple of late fees...but she was getting paid for my other kid not in VPK by the state and when she decided to drop him (even though he was on a no school day voucher) my youngest son's pay went up by triple the amount I was paying! She's very aggressive and argumentative! Left her sleeping kids in class just to follow me outside trying to argue! I had to stop and remind her that she had a class of sleeping kids inside and that she should go back in! When I told her I didn't want to verbally talk to her after she kept calling me because I wanted our conversation documented she requested I didn't text her anymore....cool. I informed her I was coming to grab my son's EpiPen and when I got there his medicine was sitting unsecured outside for the world to grab it they wanted. Kids and all! The Florida state rule states "When the medication is not in use, it shall be stored in its original container in a secure fashion under lock and key in a location designated by the school principal" so I will definitely be reporting that to whoever needs to hear it so they're aware! That's unsafe! As I was trying to leave she comes out laughing at me because I was upset at what she had done. So yes I was angry at that point! I tried so hard to ignore this little girl! Then her whole family that also works at this school comes attacking me because she decided that after someone stood in between us that she was going to run her life story down talking about what she been through and how she would beat my a$$!!!!! 🤔😒 This place is going down fast! Even a few teachers have made comments about this place! My oldest son....I don't even feel safe with him being there because who knows what the staff may do! A few staff stood around shaking their head in an agreement fashion when I mentioned her leaving my baby's stuff outside and how that's a danger but none will dare say anything because that family is obviously nuts!!!!! I'm reporting ALL of this and submitting my documents!
